Fire, frost and storm, like Ember Veil or the Frostbind.
Curses and dark workings, like Whispering Hex or the Gloomsnare.
Light and healing, like Dawn's Mercy or the Mending Word.
Pure sorcery and force, like Arcane Lance or the Sigil of Veiling.
Nature and beast magic, like Thornwake or the Wildcall.
Naming tips
A spell name should tell a player what happens: Frostbind holds you, Gloomsnare traps you, Dawn's Mercy heals you. Pair a vivid verb or image with the result.
Elemental fury reads differently from a shadow curse or a druid's working. Set the kind, Elemental, Shadow, Holy, Arcane or Druidic, so the spell fits the tradition.
Like the working but want it as a Hex or a Rite? Choose the name, hit Refine, and shuffle the form while keeping the core.
